Refund Policy

Our refund terms are designed to be fair and transparent:

Trial Lessons​

• Payments for trial lessons are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds​

• Lessons canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the lesson time are not eligible for refunds.

No-Shows​

• No refunds will be issued for missed lessons or no-shows.

​

Lesson Packages​

• Refunds for unused lessons in a package may be granted on a prorated basis at the company’s discretion.
