2. Booking and Payments

• All lessons, including trial lessons, must be booked through the website.

• We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Payoneer, PayPal, and digital wallets.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Trial Lessons: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 6 hours before the lesson start time.

• Regular Lessons: Lessons canceled or rescheduled less than 6 hours before the session will be considered a missed lesson, and no refund will be issued.

• Missed lessons due to student no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

• Payments for trial lessons are non-refundable.

• Refunds for lesson packages will be considered on a prorated basis for unused lessons, subject to approval by Miss Blueberry.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary software or hardware for online lessons.

• Students are expected to attend lessons on time.

6. Instructor Responsibilities

• The instructor will deliver lessons as scheduled and provide quality, personalized instruction.

• In case of unavoidable cancellations by the instructor, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

7. Privacy Protection

• Your personal information, including payment details and contact information, is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.

• Lesson content and communications are confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• Miss Blueberry is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that may disrupt lessons, such as poor internet connection or hardware failures.

• While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes as progress depends on individual effort.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Miss Blueberry reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
